2014-Science

Fair projects
Check out this year’s Science Fair projects on display in the library.
This week, the library will be working with ESL C students, researching Famous Canadians using quality questions and our print resources.
We continue to work with Gr. 11 SAP (Socio-Anthro-Psych) courses to research contemporary topics of social interest from our databases such as the Social Science collection through Gale Virtual Reference and Opposing Viewpoints and SIRS Researcher (all available from our list of databases).
► Plan ahead knowing there will be limited access (e.g., fewer computers to use). Please respect the classes that are in session and remain quiet. The Library may be closed during the following periods (subject to change – always check the whiteboard near the entrance):
Monday: Period 2 & 3 (Lab)
Tuesday: Period 2 & 3
Wednesday: Period 3 – Festival of Trees library fieldtrip
Thursday: Period 2
Friday: Period 2 & 3
The library is reserved for quiet work when a lesson is being taught. Do your part to keep the Library fully accessible during lunch periods and work quietly.
